Specific Interests Help Motivate

I liked this method of behavioral and classroom management.  I would even take it a step further by making one the step specific to an individual child. For example, a child that enjoyed basketball could when earned 20 points, go play basketball for 10 minutes.  Something to really engage the student to want to have the positive behavior that doesn't involve food or a type of treat.
